Once you submit your donation, you will be contacted
with by the end of the next business to schedule the pick up of your donation.
Once the tow truck driver takes procession of your vehicle and the title he will
give you a tow receipt from the charity acknowledging receipt of the vehicle.
Remember
Motor Vehicle Regulations require that you Print and Sign your name as the
"seller" EXACTLY the way it appears on the title as the
current "owner/buyer". Do not abbreviate, scratch-out or white-out as this will
invalidate the document. You will be transferring ownership to your charity by
entering "Circle A Logistics" as Buyer/Purchaser (Circle A Logistics is the
legal Agent for all charities list on the Car Donation Hotline website). If you

If your vehicle sells for more than $499.00 your will
receive an additional receipt stating the actual sale price of your vehicle
donation.
